1. Definitions

  • “TNG LOG TRANS” refers to TNG LOG TRANS SARL, a logistics company based in Morocco.

  • “Client” denotes the individual or entity engaging TNG LOG TRANS for logistics services.

  • “Shipment” refers to the goods entrusted to TNG LOG TRANS for transportation.

  • “Carrier” means the third-party transportation provider contracted by TNG LOG TRANS.

2. Services

TNG LOG TRANS offers logistics solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Road freight services between Morocco and Europe.

  • Customs clearance and documentation management.

  • Tailored transport solutions based on client needs.

TNG LOG TRANS acts as a logistics coordinator, arranging transportation through third-party carriers. The company does not own transportation assets and does not assume carrier liability.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information.

  • Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery and report any discrepancies immediately.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All services are subject to agreed-upon fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

  • Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Liability and Claims

  • TNG LOG TRANS is not liable for loss or damage to shipments once in the custody of the carrier.

  • Clients must file claims for loss or damage directly with the carrier.

  • TNG LOG TRANS will assist in the claims process as reasonably necessary.

6. Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments.

  • TNG LOG TRANS can facilitate insurance arrangements upon request.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Fees may apply for cancellations made after services have commenced or as specified in the service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.

9. Amendments

TNG LOG TRANS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
